The following are examples of the use of the word congratulation in various occasions:

Compliments can be given to someone for personal qualities or characteristics of someone that makes you feel amazed. You can praise someone's approach, attitude, ability to hope, motivate, work hard, be independent and so on. This compliment can increase a person's self-esteem.

C.How to Give Praise

•The first way to express a compliment is to be specific.
Example: you praise someone's discipline while attending a meeting, then that person will continue to maintain his discipline while attending the meeting. So, praise compliments in detail.

Giving too many compliments can give the impression of being insincere or careless. Just praise one or two things, don't overdo it.
