Announcement is a that contains information about events or events that will occur for the general public 

to know.

Tyepes  Annoucomments include :

1. Public service announcements 

2. High school graduation announcements

3. Job announcements

4. Promotion announcements

5. Marriage and wedding announcements

Beside that,there are many other types of announcements depending on the context and the event being 

announcements.

Announcement Structure

The announcement text consist  of  three parts, namely, opening , content, and closing.

Opening 

The opening is the opening part of the announcement text. The opening section contains the title 

and purpose of the announcement   or an outline of the information  to be conveyed in the announcement. in the example announcement above, the opening section contains information that Ruang School will hold an Online Art Competition 2021.

Content 

Next, namely the content section. Content is part of the contents of the announcement text.

The content section  contains complete information about what you want to convey to the general 

public through the announcement .  For example , if you want  to announcean event, it means that the content section will contain the time and place of the event, to other provisions regarding  the event 

such as the dress code that must be worn or the requirements that must be brought. In the example announcement above, the content section contains complete information about the online Art Competition 2021, starting from the available race branches to the time of the competition.

Closing

Finally, the closing part. Closing is the closing part of the announcement text. The closing section contains information about the contact person who can be contacted regarding the announcement if the reader needs further information. In this section, you can also include the website or social media of the announced event. In the example announcement above, the closing section contains information on the website page to register for the competition, as well as a contact person who can be contacted regarding the competition.

I am excited to announce the promotion of James Meyers from Marketing Associate to Director of Marketing. James has been with Smith Design for more than six years and has contributed greatly to his role as Marketing Associate by developing new business opportunities for Smith, particularly in the Tourism and Retail segments.

 

 James has more than 10 years of marketing experience in the print advertising industry, evidenced by his ability to consistently exceed the expectations of our customers. We have no doubt he will continue to brilliantly represent Smith and shine as our Director of Marketing.

 

James will also be  working  oversee the marketing teams and all Smith marketing initiatives going forward. He will report to me directly. 

Let us all take a moment to congratulate James on his new promotion and wish him luck in the future.

Answer :  After the announcement publised, Resource Inc. Staff and clients James will oversee the marketing teams and all Smith marketing initiatives going forward.
